Often we run into ourselves over and over again. In this session, we will go into body's wisdom through guided visualisation and clear subconscious blocks or explore what is necessary for healing ancestral, childhood, or past life wounding. I do this gently with a combination of self-connection, visualisation, energy work and often light language. No session is the same as it is guided by your specific needs.
